The firm

Solven Advisory is a boutique AI enablement and implementation consultancy, founded in Lisbon in 2025, working with private equity, real estate, and venture firms across Iberia and, increasingly, Europe.

The firm pairs operating-and-exit experience, built and scaled inside the consulting world, with hands-on AI delivery drawn from trading desks, investment research, and applied AI. That combination is deliberate. The people who decide where AI belongs in an investment firm should understand both the investment work and the technology underneath it.

We are thesis-driven. Everything we teach and build runs through a single idea, augmentation without cognitive atrophy, and a refusal to let capable people become editors of drafts they cannot defend. Solven is a member of the Anthropic Partner Network.
